We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical nursing services. Residents requiring medical care are advised to ensure appropriate external arrangements are in place.

Services are available at our premises in Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong, subject to availability.

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement or reservation. Admission to any programme is subject to availability, a consultation, and the completion of our admission process. Bamboo Court reserves the right to decline an application where our programmes are not a suitable fit for the individual's needs.

Fees are payable in Hong Kong Dollars. Payment terms, accepted methods, and billing arrangements will be confirmed in writing prior to admission. Fees are subject to review and may be updated with reasonable advance notice.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your circumstances.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Peaceful Living Residence

This programme is offered on a monthly basis. One calendar month's notice is typically requested for departure, though we will discuss individual circumstances with families where this is not possible.

Morning Wellness Circle

This programme runs on a monthly enrolment basis. Participants may pause attendance with reasonable notice. Session content may be adjusted to accommodate participant energy levels and preferences.

Extended Comfort Stay

This arrangement is available for a period of two to four weeks. No long-term agreement is required. The departure summary provided at the end of the stay is intended for family reference only and does not constitute a formal care assessment.

All content on the Bamboo Court website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Bamboo Court or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission.

Either party may terminate a residential arrangement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms agreed at admission. Bamboo Court reserves the right to terminate an arrangement where continued residence would not be appropriate, with reasonable notice and in consultation with the family.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through direct discussion between the parties. Where this is not possible, disputes may be referred to mediation or the appropriate courts of Hong Kong.
