Our scale is deliberately small. This allows our team to truly know each resident — their morning preferences, their favourite topics of conversation, the small things that brighten their day. We believe genuine attention cannot be replicated by procedures alone.

Bamboo Court is a non-medical residential home. We assist with the practical and social aspects of daily living. For residents with medical care requirements, we are happy to discuss whether our environment is a suitable fit and can provide guidance on complementary resources in the Sha Tin area.

Absolutely. Family connection is something we actively encourage. Visits are welcome during the day, and we hold monthly family gatherings at the residence. We also reach out proactively to keep families informed about their loved one's experience.

We begin with a short conversation — either by phone or in person — to understand the senior's routines and preferences. From there, we suggest a trial morning to see whether the environment feels right. There's no pressure to commit before feeling comfortable.

Our kitchen prepares three balanced meals daily. We ask about dietary preferences and common considerations at the time of admission, and our catering team works to accommodate them within the menu. Residents are also welcome to share feedback about what they enjoy.

Before departure, we prepare a brief summary of the guest's experience — activities they enjoyed, preferences our team noted, and any observations that might be useful for the family's ongoing planning. This is shared with the family as a thoughtful handover, without any obligation to continue with us.
