Moving into a new home — even a warm and welcoming one — takes time. Our onboarding process is designed to ease that transition gently, without rushing the resident through forms and orientation sessions.
Once settled, residents are encouraged to shape their own days within the structure we provide. There is no pressure to participate in everything — or anything. The goal is that each person finds a rhythm that feels like their own.
